How do I access wholesale pricing?
It’s easy! Submit a brief wholesale application and our team will promptly review your account. Once approved, wholesale pricing will be automatically displayed the next time you log in.
Are recurring orders required?
Yes. We make it easy to adjust your order volume and frequency, but recurring orders help our customers stay consistently stocked and help our roasting team plan effectively.
What order frequencies are available?
Available recurring order options include every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
Can I change my order between cycles?
Yes. For any recurring orders of our standard products, you can easily adjust the order frequency and quantity and you can do so at any time and as often as needed. There are no costs or fees associated with making changes. Please note that custom products and programs may include program specific rules that may be different from our standard process.
